Yoga Nidra is known as “yogic sleep”. Yoga Nidra is a form of deep relaxation, different from a seated meditation, in which it systematically slows down the brain wave frequencies. It is practised laying down and listening to a detailed and specific script thats created to shift consciousness and brain activity, leading to a healing state on a cellular level.
