Let's give you a bit more freedom in your hamstrings. When our hamstrings are too tight, we experience pulling on the pelvis and spine; a flattening of the lumbar curve (that sway in the low back) and could explain why your posture could better and why you're experiencing back pain.
This is an accessible practice, all levels. ***Bend your knees more if this is an extra tight place in your body.
Props: definitely use blocks if you're extra tight (or a stack of books etc).

Hip flexors (psoas), quad openers, lats, hamstrings and glutes plus a nice spinal twist. This is a short(ish) but effective stretch. Stay calm, your nervous system and hips will thank you.
