    These are my go-to stretches when the back needs a release. We target the spine directly as well as the hips and hamstrings which play a huge roll in adding tension to the back. Feel better, my friend!

    Hip flexors (psoas), quad openers, lats, hamstrings and glutes plus a nice spinal twist. This is a short(ish) but effective stretch. Stay calm, your nervous system and hips will thank you.
