YES to the season of more outdoor running!!! I’m an on again off again runner myself and know that recovery is KEY to keep the momentum going. This short vid gets into the main spots - quads, hammys, hips - to keep you feeling lighter out on the pavement and in those trails (or on the treadmill if you're a real beast).
