In the thick of anxiety, sometimes just being with it helps. We suffer more, when we resist and refuse to feel what were feeling. In this class we do simple stretches, ones you've probably done before, but sometimes the greatest moments on the mat are when we bring ourselves there with intention. Create the intention that the next 30 minutes serve as a time for you to release your grasp on whatever it is thats making you anxious and feel more connected to the present moment (anxiety doesn't exist in the present). Hip flexors (psoas), quad openers, lats, hamstrings and glutes plus a nice spinal twist. This is a short(ish) but effective stretch. Stay calm, your nervous system and hips will thank you.
