the stretch - hip flexors (30 mins)
Often feel achey around the hip flexors and hip joints? I have the perfect stretch that includes only giving length (extension) to this area of the body. This stretch includes zero folding ie: compression of the hip flexors.

the stretch - neck + shoulders (30 mins)
Release the physical and mental tension thats wound up in the neck, shoulders and upper back. We work with gentle rotation of the upper spine and spend some time opening the chest that often bears the brunt of rounded shoulders.
