    Don't have a lot of time - this is the perfect 10 minute stretch to compliment a busy day or one of the strength classes!

  • the strength - quickie (15 mins)

    For those days when we only have/can muster 15 minutes of movement. *I also think this is a great way to introduce yourself to the strength especially if you're new to moving in this way! This is a quick, full body "work-in" to bring the mind and body together.

  • the strength - lower body (18 mins)

    A fast moving and yet mindful, lower body workout. This is for beginners to intermediate alike. Although our main focus is glutes, hamstrings and quads, this class will require core stability to get you through - by the end of these 18 minutes we'll have your heart rate up and going!
