This is a sequence guaranteed to get your heart rate up and your body nice and warm! This may feel familiar if you're used to doing sun salutations; I've added my own flare to it to help build strength and flexibility. This is a great class to do before a stretch or even just to effectively warm the body before another sequence video or your home workout.
