I did this stretch the other day, with no actual plan; just knew myself enough that I needed a hot second to get out of my head. I felt 100x better just gently moving, stretching, breathing and made a point to write down the postures so I could share them with you.
When you’re too caught up with the floating thoughts in the mind, bring yourself as close to the ground as possible - literally and figuratively.
