MAMAS! This one is for you. This is a pretty simple and restorative stretch for the pregnant body; we focus on making space for baby and belly. Post natal, generally speaking the body needs a gentle practice to ease back into movement. And if we continue to speak to an easeful practice, this is great for anyone with an injury or illness.
