I LOVED this stretch. It is so nice to just send the legs up and feel completely supported by the wall. When we elevate the legs, it plays an active part in relaxing the nervous system while promoting circulation. If the legs fall asleep, thats very common and all you need to do is lower them to bring the blood flow back! Leave a comment if you enjoy!
