A completely grounded strength class that you can do in any of your trimesters - we do not stand up in this one! I use a prop (bolster) throughout this class to help with elevation of my upper body as my abdomen was feeling quite heavy at this point - it’s also a great tool to keep yourself propped up if you’ve experienced lightheadedness or nausea during your pregnancy. In this class we have a special focus of internal and external mobility and strength of your hips which is beneficial to labour and delivery. With a dash of upper body and core connection, of course!
