    Often feel achey around the hip flexors and hip joints? I have the perfect stretch that includes only giving length (extension) to this area of the body. This stretch includes zero folding ie: compression of the hip flexors.

  • the stretch - hamstrings (15 mins)

    This is a gently moving stretch. Everything moves slowly but do expect to get up a little bit and ease back and forth. Soft movements in the stretch can be a nice way to create mobility. We're working into the hamstrings in this class with a nice stretch for the hips and back!
