The key to a strong back and healthy knees, is strong glutes. The sequence today starts low and grounded and we slowly work our way up to some standing flows, working on balance. We definitely activate the glutes and hamstrings but also find an equal stretch. Let me know how you like it!

I'm loving filming in the tiny house! This flow is grounded and keeps you moving in a slow + mindful way. This is a good sequence to do when you don't have a lot of time and want to quickly free up some space in the body + mind.
