Sometimes the greatest thing we can do when things feel frustrating or uncomfortable, is to allow ourselves a few minutes to intentionally feel what we're feeling - and then to practice letting go. It's when we busy ourselves and repress it, is when what we're holding onto starts to yell at us - body & mind.
