the stretch - harmony (45 mins)
Aiming to create a bit of harmony for the body and mind, the first half of the class is a slow moving stretch, easing back and forth into warming the muscles. The second half of this class will include long held stretches for a couple minutes at a time.

the sequence - back body (47 mins)
Practice where we open up the hip flexors, quads, shoulders and chest. This is in balance with creating core stability, gentle back bends and strengthening the back line of the body. You'll visit 'bow' pose as well as 'camel' towards the later half of the class!
