Although this video will live on the platform long after I have had Florence, this is the first video filmed in my postpartum body. I named this stretch ebb and flow because of the every day journey of moving forward and back.
The literal definition of ebb and flow is the tide moving in (flow) and out (ebb). The movements in this class are a balance of movement and flow and then moments of stillness in a stretch. Just when we think we're flowing and moving forward in the class, you may find your self committing to a stretch. I'll leave the resonation to your life, up to you to interpret your own ebb and flow.

the stretch - low back (10 minutes)
Feeling fatigued or tight in your low back? I got you! Use this 10 minute video to feel better in the lower half of the body. We'll use the wall to stretch the hip flexors and quads; I find it helpful to have something soft under my knee.
