An intentional class focusing on mind + body awareness through the functional movements of pilates. Led by breath, this class will build strength and stamina in a mindful and connective way.

  • the strength - 3.0 (25 mins)

    A grounding class for when you're craving movement but nothing too strenuous. We have a deep focus on central stability and mobility around your spine. This workout is entirely mat based - there are no standing movements.

    This is an endurance based class where we use nothing but our own body weight to activate your upper body. Build awareness through repetition as we bring mobility and strength to your movement practice.

    A fast moving and yet mindful, lower body workout. This is for beginners to intermediate alike. Although our main focus is glutes, hamstrings and quads, this class will require core stability to get you through - by the end of these 18 minutes we'll have your heart rate up and going!

    Welcome to the strength!!!! This is a full body workout inspired by Pilates. You’ll move through the class led by your breath; expect to feel your mind body connection light up. This class will always have a huge emphasis on the core, every other movement follows from that activation.
