A full body flow today that will get your muscles speaking to you. This flow felt incredibly good, although challenging in my body personally, I was so thrilled to do it with you. Notice how we practice staying mindful and patient, in moments of challenge. There will be modifications to drop onto forearms if wrists fatigue - take this at your own pace and make it your own delicious class.

A full body, mindful movement session using a block! The block is used for 90% of this class but you can absolutely ditch it if you don't have one lying around at home. We definitely work into those glutes of yours with a deep focus on spinal and pelvic stability and obviously a touch of core ;)

For those days when we only have/can muster 15 minutes of movement. *I also think this is a great way to introduce yourself to the strength especially if you're new to moving in this way! This is a quick, full body "work-in" to bring the mind and body together.
