Together, we’ll thank different parts of the body and acknowledge all that the physical body has done for us, its experiences and how we’ve survived everyday up until this one.
I haven’t always had the most loving relationship with my body. Especially as women, this is hard. I began to feel an acceptance of my body when I really started to thank it for all it does. I realized I can’t hate my body into being different. Not every day feels like love, but softening and giving it thanks helps.
