Initially intended for a morning practice but this class can be done anytime you need to wake the body. This is a gentle sequence that starts off with slow movements as we ease into the muscles and joints. Eventually we climb up into tree pose but Iād classify this sequence as an accessible class for all levels, just take your time. Of course, you can do this class ANY time of day to warm up your body.
