This is a restorative class; great if you’re experiencing or recovering from injury or illness, pre or post natal, extremely stressed or just craving a slow practice. Restorative postures are found to help with releasing muscular tension while balancing the nervous system. Expect to be in very supported and comfortable postures for 4 minutes each. *This is a great practice before bed!
Props: bolster or 2-3 pillows from bed + a block or rolled up blanket.
