We can at times feel very scattered and overwhelmed by our daily tasks. Somethings we think our movement + stillness practice takes away from our productivity BUT, I believe (and its been proven) that it GIVES us time. When we take even 7 minutes of our day to centre ourselves and deliberately focus the mind gently, that focus will spill over into other avenues of our life. You got this.
