An (almost) 45 minute workout to move through together. This class builds in intensity; it starts of with slow counts and slow movement and it grows from there. I aim to have you feeling both energized and grounded at the same time. This is a full body class where you can expect to work core, triceps, shoulders, glutes and hamstrings. Although it's a 20 minute burst of energy, this is an all levels + accessible class where there is nooooo rush!
