A stretch to leave you stepping off of your mat feeling a bit more freedom in your body (and mind!). The focus of this class is on the hinge and joints of rotation - we work around the pelvis, shoulders, and spine.
This class is pre/post natal friendly!
Props: It's nice to have a blanket for your knees for this one, although not entirely necessary.
