This practice has a lot of fluid and soft movements to help ease into the hips - hips, hammy and back tension are all related so the movements today focus on strength + flexibility in these areas. Core strength is everything to back stability, so you'll see that woven in as well 🌞
Props: blocks are always an option + handy, not always necessary
