This is a full body stretch, meant to give you some quiet time on the mat. Although 50 minutes, we do just a handful of postures; long holds and no rushing. I give you less guidance and reassurance in this one, so you have time to digest your thoughts and feelings as they come up in the stretches. The playlist itself is very meditative, bringing you into a state where your thoughts and feelings aren't as overwhelming as they used to seem.
