A quick arm series to get you feeling your shoulders, biceps, triceps and more! You can do this class with or without weights - I use 1LB wrist weights or you can can hold hand weights (1 or 2LB suggested). You'll feel that you not only mobilized the upper body but that you've given it that mindful burst of strength. This is a fluid, ongoing class with no breaks - remember, sensation is just sensation.
