This flow will tend to hamstring flexibility - don't be afraid to feel a bit of the burn. You can expect chair pose, 1/2 split, lunges with twists and revolving the spine. You may feel slightly fatigued by the end of it, just know the repetition is great for muscle building + lengthening. I've sprinkled in a bit of core work with planks as well - youre most welcome! ;)
