This practice of meditation is called ‘Loving Kindness’ or ‘Metta’. It’s a traditional Buddhist form of meditation that wishes ourselves and others, feelings of wellbeing. My personal favourites are ‘happy, healthy, free’… but you could absolutely modify this in the future to use other kind and loving words that are more meaningful to you. This is a really powerful practice to come back to if you’re struggling to love yourself or are having difficulties in a relationship - its not easy but it can be effective in releasing resentment.
